Prior to joining UNIVA Japan, I engaged in sales job in a B2C company. Later, as I hope to develop my career in B2B sales aspect, and I decided to join UNIVA Japan in 2017.
My current job responsibilities include:
I believe the job satisfaction among most sales agents is getting the clients’ approval on the proposal.
When talking about the uniqueness in UNIVA Japan, as the manufacturer of our products, we can come up with our own sales approach, become more flexible in price negotiation and in response to clients’ needs.
Also, there are more opportunities for me to directly conduct presentations to senior management of many large corporates, which is invaluable experience to my career path.
Through identifying more potential distributors, I hope more customers can experience the benefits of our company service and products in the future.
Our company has a flat organizational structure which we can share our thoughts with supervisors or even the President freely.
Also, when scheduling in advance, it is relatively flexible to take paid leave.
